About This Project
Ottoman Group builds residential and commercial properties and needed a centralized system to manage client flat and apartment bookings, installment schedules, and project operations in one place. XiteHub delivered a custom CMS dashboard on Next.js and Node.js with role-based access control, client and unit booking workflows, installment tracking, vendor management for construction materials and services, vendor payment records, financial and operational reports, plus manual and scheduled database backups giving the construction company full visibility across clients, projects, and suppliers.
