Services
XiteHub builds custom software and related delivery from Karachi. Scope, timeline, and price for a paid engagement are set in a statement of work or service agreement, not on this page.

Intellectual property
You own the custom code, designs, and deliverables made for your project after full payment, unless the agreement says otherwise. Repositories and cloud accounts sit in your name. We keep rights to tools, frameworks, and methods we already used before the brief.

Limitation of liability
Our liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The studio is in Karachi. Disputes are handled from there, not from an office we do not run.
