Services
XiteHub provides custom software development, consulting, and related technology services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual Statements of Work or service agreements.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, clients retain ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their projects upon full payment. XiteHub retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general methodologies.
Limitation of Liability
XiteHub's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
